Transport costs

Unfortunately the cost of transport is constantly rising. Because of this trend, we are obligated to ask a little participation in the global cost of your shipment. We serve all Europe, so the transport can vary a lot between Denmark and Portugal. Therefore we divided our selling areas in multiple zones. 

Below is a schematic overview of the transport costs charged in relation to the total weight of your shipment.

Delivery Time

The delivery time varies according to the ordered goods. If you order several products, the handling of the order, preparing pallet and road transport by truck, will prolong the delivery time. As soon as we received the payment we will start to ship your order in the fastest possible way. Once it is shipped from our central warehouse, the delivery time will take 3 to 6 days.

Tax and VAT

The VAT of 21% is the Belgian VAT which is applicable on all goods and orders and is calculated in the price.

Warranty and Returns

The products that we sell are carefully selected for their quality but a malfunction or defect can always occur. We truly regret if this happens, and will help you to resolve this in the best possible way.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to reimburse you the full amount of the product (minus transport cost) as soon as the product is returned to our warehouse and is tested for defects.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible (maximum of 30 days after purchase) via Email, telephone, letter,… and explain the problem.
