We ship to all European Countries

Standard delivery arrives usually within 3-8 business days The total transport cost will be based on the total weight from your order

Your order has a total weight of 0 - 1 kg :	7 Euro
Your order has a total weight of 1 - 5 kg :	9 Euro
Your order has a total weight of 5 - 10 kg :	12 Euro
Your order has a total weight of 10 - 20 kg :	15 Euro
Special Delivery heavy machines / Benches :	45 Euro ouright
Heavy orders : Shipping costs for heavy orders will be calculated after you have processed your order. Please note that some products may not be available for shipping to foreign countries due to size or weight restrictions. Before you are charged for the order, you will be notified via email with the exact shipping cost and product availability and asked whether or not you wish to proceed with the order.

SALES TAXES

A Belgian sales tax of 21 % is included to all orders for individuals.

GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

We carefully select and stand behind every brand and product that we sell. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product you receive, we will be happy to give you a complete refund (shipping costs not included). Please email or phone us within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to return or exchange an item. We will then give you a return number to include with the package you are sending back. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice and circle which items are being returned. Please help us serve you better by noting the reason for your return.
